1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to High Value Capital Group LLC (“HVCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HVCG website, its content, forms, features, resources, communications, and related online services collectively referred to as the “Website,” and, where authorized, HVCG’s 360 Growth Solution marketing technology platform.
360 Growth Solution is a marketing technology platform operated by High Value Capital Group LLC. It is not owned by any individual client or tenant.
By accessing or using the Website or an authorized 360 Growth Solution workspace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website.
By using the Website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Service.
3. Informational Nature of the Website
The Website is provided for general informational, educational, and business-development purposes.
Website content does not constitute:

- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Audit or assurance services
- Investment advice
- Securities advice
- A securities offering
- A recommendation to purchase or sell a security

4. No Professional or Client Relationship
Accessing the Website, submitting a contact form, downloading a resource, scheduling a consultation, sending an email, or communicating with HVCG does not by itself establish a client, advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, lending, agency, partnership, joint venture, or other professional relationship.
A client relationship is formed only after:
- HVCG completes any required review or acceptance process;
- The parties execute a separate written engagement agreement; and
- Any required fees, retainers, documentation, compliance requirements, or onboarding conditions are satisfied.
Do not send confidential, privileged, proprietary, financial, personal, or sensitive information unless HVCG has specifically requested it through an approved and secure process.
5. Services and Engagements
Descriptions of HVCG services are general and may be changed, expanded, limited, or discontinued at any time.
HVCG operates 360 Growth Solution as a marketing technology and client marketing-management platform for authorized business customers. Authorized users may connect advertising accounts, review campaign information, and request or implement approved marketing-configuration changes subject to platform governance, human authorization controls, and any applicable customer agreement.
The Website and 360 Growth Solution are intended for authorized business use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you, for activity occurring under your accounts, and for ensuring that only authorized personnel connect third-party services.
The exact scope, responsibilities, fees, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and limitations of any engagement will be stated in a separate written agreement. Additional commercial terms may be governed by a separate written agreement between HVCG and the applicable customer.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will govern the applicable engagement.
6. Financing and Capital Advisory Matters
HVCG may assist clients with business strategy, financial preparation, capital readiness, lender or investor materials, transaction support, financing introductions, due diligence coordination, and related advisory activities.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement:
- HVCG is not offering to lend money
- HVCG does not make credit decisions
- HVCG does not control third-party underwriting
- HVCG cannot guarantee financing
- HVCG cannot guarantee an investment
- HVCG cannot guarantee transaction approval, timing, pricing, valuation, closing, or funding
- HVCG does not guarantee that any lender, investor, buyer, seller, insurer, or other third party will proceed with a transaction
Financing and transactions may be affected by creditworthiness, documentation, financial condition, collateral, underwriting standards, market conditions, third-party decisions, legal requirements, diligence findings, and other circumstances outside HVCG’s control.
7. No Securities Offering
Nothing on the Website constitutes or should be interpreted as:
- An offer to sell securities
- A solicitation of an offer to purchase securities
- Investment advice
- A recommendation concerning a security
- A representation that any investment is suitable for a particular person
Any securities-related activity, when applicable, must be conducted under separate documentation and in accordance with applicable law.
8. No Guarantees or Promises of Results
Business results vary.
HVCG does not guarantee:
- Revenue increases
- Profitability
- Cost savings
- Enterprise valuation
- Financing approval
- Funding amounts
- Funding timelines

- Operational improvements
- AI implementation outcomes
- Technology performance
- Regulatory approval
- Any other particular business or financial result
Statements regarding potential results, projections, forecasts, estimates, examples, or opportunities are inherently uncertain.
9. Testimonials, Case Studies, and Examples
Testimonials, case studies, scenarios, projections, examples, and descriptions of prior engagements reflect individual experiences or illustrative circumstances.
They do not guarantee that current or future clients will obtain the same or similar results.
When practical, clearly label hypothetical, illustrative, projected, or anonymized examples.
Do not fabricate testimonials, transaction results, funding amounts, performance data, client names, or case studies.
10. Accuracy and Availability
HVCG seeks to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that Website content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
HVCG may change, correct, remove, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Website without notice.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside HVCG’s control.

Do not upload highly sensitive information through a general website form, including complete Social Security numbers, bank credentials, passwords, private encryption keys, complete payment-card information, or protected health information.
13. Electronic Communications
By contacting HVCG electronically, you consent to receive responses through email, telephone, text message, video conference, website tools, or other communication methods you provide or authorize, subject to applicable law.
Marketing communications must include an appropriate unsubscribe method.
Consent to receive marketing messages must not be treated as a condition of purchasing services unless legally permitted and clearly disclosed.
Do not implement automatic promotional SMS enrollment through a general contact form.
14. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, branding, graphics, copy, designs, software, workflows, documents, videos, audio, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HVCG and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“High Value Capital Group,” “HVCG,” associated logos, slogans, design elements, and service names may not be used without prior written permission.
Visitors may view and print reasonable portions of the Website for personal or internal business use but may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website materials without written permission.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, payment processors, cloud services, social networks, lenders, investors, professional providers, or other services.
HVCG does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, products, services, decisions, or conduct.
A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership, agency, or affiliation.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Google Ads and Google APIs
360 Growth Solution may allow an authorized customer user to connect a Google Ads account using Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.
Google is an independent third party. HVCG is not a Google partner, is not sponsored by Google, and is not endorsed, certified, or approved by Google by virtue of using Google APIs.
Use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies, including Google’s API Terms of Service and Google Ads policies. HVCG does not control Google’s products, availability, or account decisions.
By connecting a Google Ads account, the customer represents that it has authority to authorize HVCG to access and, where separately approved, configure that advertising account. The customer remains responsible for advertising content, targeting, landing pages, claims, required disclosures, campaign settings, budgets, and compliance with applicable advertising and industry rules.
Material campaign or budget changes may be subject to human approval and platform governance controls. HVCG does not represent that the platform will publish, enable, or spend advertising without the authorization required by the applicable customer arrangement and platform settings.
Fees for 360 Growth Solution or related services, if any, are governed by a separate written agreement and are not established by these public Website terms.
16. AI-Enabled Features
If the Website includes AI-assisted forms, chat features, assessments, recommendations, estimates, summaries, or automated outputs:
- Clearly disclose that the feature uses automated or AI-assisted technology
- State that outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
- Do not represent automated output as legal, tax, accounting, lending, securities, investment, or other regulated advice
- Do not guarantee that an AI-generated recommendation is appropriate for a visitor
- Require meaningful human review before using AI output for consequential business or financial decisions
- Warn users not to submit highly sensitive information unless the feature has been specifically approved and secured for that purpose
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be independently reviewed.
17. Privacy
Website data practices are described in the HVCG Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
18. Security
HVCG may use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect Website information.
However, no website, storage system, internet transmission, or communication method is completely secure.
Visitors submit information at their own risk and should use approved secure document-transfer methods when requested.
Do not claim that the Website is “100% secure,” “fully secure,” “unhackable,” or uses “bank-level security” unless that statement has been technically and legally verified.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
HVCG disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
HVCG does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVCG and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, financing, business relationships, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVCG’s aggregate liability arising from use of the public Website will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount the visitor paid specifically for access to the Website during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred U.S. dollars
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not modify liability provisions contained in a separate signed client agreement.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HVCG and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Website
- Your violation of these Terms
- Information or material you submit
- Your violation of another person’s rights
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree differently in writing, any legal proceeding concerning the public Website will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.
Do not add mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a shortened statute of limitations, or a jury-trial waiver unless those provisions have been separately reviewed and approved by HVCG’s legal counsel.
23. Changes to These Terms
HVCG may update these Terms periodically.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
Continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
25. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the public Website.
They do not replace or modify a separate signed engagement agreement.
